  • Have a nice Day !

Create a new file in your PC. Name it as “Boss”. Send it to the RECYCLE BIN. Empty the RECYCLE BIN. Your PC will ask you, “Are you sure you want to delete Boss permanently?” Answer calmly, “Yes,” and press the mouse button firmly.

You will feel better? Have A Nice Day. 😀

  • Here I am …

Here i am sitting in my office @ night…
    Thinking hard about life
How it changed from a maverick college life to strict professional life…

How tiny pocket money changed to huge monthly paychecks
but then why it gives less happiness…

How a few local denim jeans changed to new branded wardrobe
but then why there are less people to use them…

How a single plate of samosa changed to a full Pizza or burger
But then why there is less hunger…

Here i am sitting in my office @ night…
    Thinking hard about life
    How it changed…

How a bike always in reserve changed to bike always on
but then why there are less places to go on…

How a small coffee shop changed to cafe coffee day
but then why its feels like shop is far away…

How a limited prepaid card changed to postpaid package
but then why there are less calls & more messages…

Here i am sitting in my office @ night…
    Thinking hard about life
    How it changed…

How a general class journey changed to Flight journey
But then why there are less vacations for enjoyment…

How a old assembled desktop changed to new branded laptop
but then why there is less time to put it on…

How a small bunch of friends changed to office mate
But then why we always feel lonely n miss those college frenz.

Here i am sitting in my office @ night…
    Thinking hard about life

How it changed… How it changed…

  • My Office … 🙂

It’s half past 6 in the office, but the lights are still on… PCs still running, Fans are moving… and who’s at work? Most of them??? Take a closer look… All or most specimens are 20-something male species of the human race…

Look closer… again all or most of them are bachelors… and why are they sitting late? Working hard? No way!!! Any guesses???

Let’s ask one of them… Here’s what he says… “What’s there 2 do after going home? here we get to surf, phone, food, tea.
That is why I am working late… importantly no bossssssss !!! ”

This is the scene at our college. Bachelors “time-passing” during late hours in the office, just bcoz they say they’ve nothing else to do…

    Now what r the consequences… ?

“Working” (for the record only) late hours soon became the part of the life of those bachelors. The bosses who don’t understand the difference between “sitting late” and “working” late!!! If they continue in that way, very soon, the boss starts expecting all employees to put in extra working hours.

Life changes when u get married and start having a family… office is no longer a priority, family is… and that’s when the problem starts… because u start having commitments at home too.

For your boss, the earlier “hardworking” guy suddenly seems to become a “early leaver” even if u leave an hour after regular time… after doing the same amount of work. People leaving on time after doing their tasks for the day are labeled as work-shirkers…

    LEAVE ON TIME!!!
Never put in extra time ” *unless really needed *” . Don’t stay back unnecessarily and spoil your company work culture which will in turn cause inconvenience to you and your colleagues.

  • IT Office Hour…

It’s half past 8 in the office, but the lights are still on… PCs still running, coffee machines still buzzing… and who’s at work? Most of them?

Take a closer look… All or most specimens are 20-something male species of the human race…

Look closer… again all or most of them are bachelors… and why are they sitting late? Working hard? No way! Any guesses?

Let’s ask one of them… Here’s what he says… “What’s there 2 do after going home… here we get to surf, AC, phone, food, coffee. That is why I am working late… importantly no bossss!!

This is the scene in most research centers and software companies and other off-shore offices. Bachelors “time-passing” during late hours in the office, just bcoz they say they’ve nothing else to do…

Now what r the consequences. .. read on.

“Working” (for the record only? ;)) late hours soon becomes part of the institute or company culture. With bosses more than eager to provide support to those “working” late in the form of taxi vouchers, food vouchers and of course good feedback (oh, he’s a hard worker… goes home only to change..!).

They aren’t helping things too…To hell with bosses who don’t understand the difference between “sitting” late and “working” late!!! Very soon, the boss starts expecting all employees to put in extra working hours.

So, My dear Bachelors let me tell you, life changes when u get married and start having a family… office is no longer a priority, family is… and that’s when the problem starts… because u start having commitments at home too.

For your boss, the earlier “hardworking” guy suddenly seems to become a “early leaver” even if u leave an hour after regular time… after doing the same amount of work. People leaving on time after doing their tasks for the day are labeled as work-shirkers…

Girls who thankfully always (its changing nowadays… though) leave on time are labeled as “not up to it”. All the while, the bachelors pat their own backs and carry on “working” not realizing that they r spoiling the work culture at their own place and never realize that they would have to regret at one point of time.
So what’s the moral of the story?

    1. Very clear, LEAVE ON TIME!
    2. Never put in extra time ” *unless really needed *”
    3. Don’t stay back unnecessarily and spoil your company work culture which will in turn cause inconvenience to you and your colleagues.

There are hundred other things to do in the evening… Do other awesome things beside work! … … … … Importantly … … Umm… You know What I mean. Right? 😉
