  • Heart Attacks And Drinking Warm Water

For those who like to drink cold water, this article is applicable to you. It is nice to have a cup of cold drink after a meal. However, the cold water will solidify the oily stuff that you have just consumed. It will slow down the digestion. Once this ‘sludge’ reacts with the acid, it will break down and be absorbed by the intestine faster than the solid food. It will line the intestine. Very soon, this will turn into fats and lead to cancer. It is best to drink hot soup or warm water after a meal.

  • ‘Health’, the important ‘Wealth’!

True wealth is about more than money. It is about achieving the life you desire. It includes keeping your family safe, loving your work, having the time to pursue your passions and having the means to help those less fortunate than you. Real success must be a measure of something more substantial than secular careers and the cost of one’s house, car or watch. Rather it should reflect what a person is as a whole, including the principles he lives by and the purpose he has in life. A person may be smart and powerful, for example, but be morally bankrupt and devoid of love and true friends. It is reasonable to conclude that truly successful people would have some depth to their lives, including sound principles to guide them. Such individuals would have inner peace, self-respect and the respect of others. They would also have a purpose in life that transcends self and gives meaning and satisfaction.

So is there a secret formula to health, wealth and happiness? Well it makes sense that in order to be happy and content enjoying financial freedom, an individual needs good physical and mental health. A person needs to invest in themselves by taking care of his or her physical and emotional health. A good family head may feel the need to purchase life, health, disability, or other forms of insurance to protect his loved ones. Considering your needs for the future may also involve planning for retirement. Saving, budgeting and planning are essential in financial education. A good budget can give you a sense of where your money goes, and it can help you to reach your financial goals. Know what your income is and spend less than you earn. If you are to live within your means without overspending it is important to learn the difference between needs and wants. Those who care more about people than money are much happier. Learning to care well for your loved ones and giving back to those in need create a true sense of health, wealth and well-being. This is the kind of lifestyle that ultimately leads to happiness.

In our fast paced society some people are learning to create a better work life balance in their lives. They are looking for a business lifestyle model that will help them to quit the rat race for good and trade in working for a boss in favour of working as entrepreneurs. You may love where you live but don’t enjoy your work. You may don’t enjoy your study. You may want to travel but you may not have time to do so.

In creating good physical and mental health you need a healthy diet plan and a regular exercise routine. In creating good wealth health, you require sound financial education not typically found in the news or in magazines. In developing happiness you need to find a healthy balance in your work life and future goals. Enjoy the work! Enjoy your study!!!

  • Water …

We all know that water is good for us, but often the reasons are a little fuzzy. And even if we know why we should drink water, it’s not a habit that many people form.

But there are some very powerful reasons to drink lots of water every day, and forming the habit isn’t hard, with a little focus.

The thing about it is, we don’t often focus on this habit. We end up drinking coffee, and lots of soda, and alcohol, not to mention fruit juices and teas and milk and a bunch of other possibilities. Or just as often, we don’t drink enough fluids, and we become dehydrated — and that isn’t good for our health.

I’ve made drinking water a daily habit, although I will admit that a couple of years ago I was more likely to drink anything but water. Now I don’t drink anything but water, except for a cup of coffee in the morning and once in awhile a beer with dinner. I love it.

Here are 9 powerful reasons to drink water (with tips on how to form the water habit afterwards):

    1. Weight loss. Water is one of the best tools for weight loss, first of all because it often replaces high-calorie drinks like soda and juice and alcohol with a drink that doesn’t have any calories. But it’s also a great appetite suppressant, and often when we think we’re hungry, we’re actually just thirsty. Water has no fat, no calories, no carbs, no sugar. Drink plenty to help your weight-loss regimen.
    2. Heart healthy. Drinking a good amount of water could lower your risks of a heart attack. A six-year study published in the May 1, 2002 American Journal of Epidemiology found that those who drink more than 5 glasses of water a day were 41% less likely to die from a heart attack during the study period than those who drank less than two glasses.
    3. Energy. Being dehydrated can sap your energy and make you feel tired — even mild dehydration of as little as 1 or 2 percent of your body weight. If you’re thirsty, you’re already dehydrated — and this can lead to fatigue, muscle weakness, dizziness and other symptoms.
    4. Headache cure. Another symptom of dehydration is headaches. In fact, often when we have headaches it’s simply a matter of not drinking enough water. There are lots of other causes of headaches of course, but dehydration is a common one.
    5. Healthy skin. Drinking water can clear up your skin and people often report a healthy glow after drinking water. It won’t happen overnight, of course, but just a week of drinking a healthy amount of water can have good effects on your skin.
    6. Digestive problems. Our digestive systems need a good amount of water to digest food properly. Often water can help cure stomach acid problems, and water along with fiber can cure constipation (often a result of dehydration).
    7. Cleansing. Water is used by the body to help flush out toxins and waste products from the body.
    8. Cancer risk. Related to the digestive system item above, drinking a healthy amount of water has also been found to reduce the risk of colon cancer by 45%. Drinking lots of water can also reduce the risk of bladder cancer by 50% and potentially reduce the risk of breast cancer.
    9. Better exercise. Being dehydrated can severely hamper your athletic activities, slowing you down and making it harder to lift weights. Exercise requires additional water, so be sure to hydrate before, during and after exercise.

  • Bloging Addict…

A couple was holidaying in Florida to celebrate their first anniversary of marriage. One morning the wife saw the husband wake up and go to the toilet. To the wife’s amusement, he stayed there for a very long time. As time passed, the wife became suspicious, as there was no sound of running water or the husband singing a bathroom hit. As she knocked the door and opened it, she found him sitting on the pot with the laptop stuck on his lap. He was bloging over a wireless link.

Blogging has become the new way of livelihood for many and fun for the idle ones. But there are also people for whom blogging has turned into an obsession instead of being a harmless hobby.

Some real facts that can help you see the real picture and also to justify if you are actually a blogging addict.
You want to blog about every minute of your life, even if it’s just about doing your daily chores.
If your Internet gets disconnected even for a minute, you become anxious and worried. You start throwing tantrums and blame every single official who is responsible for the downtime.
You take the comments on your blog far too seriously and irrationally.
You feel good and relaxed about the recent article that you posted, but the feeling melts away quite fast as the time for the next article approaches.
The more you write, the more connected and light you feel about opening up your personal life to your readers. The feeling of ‘I am somebody’ spreads over your mind overpowering you of all your real life aspects and bounties.
You give more priority to your laptop than your girlfriend.
You want isolation from the world so that you can be with your computer and blog. Noise annoys you just too much.
People around you and your family complain that you don’t give them enough time; they say you have changed dramatically.

If the answer to all the above is yes, you have a problem far more serious than any virus sitting in your computer. You are a blogging addict. Addiction of blogging can not only take toll on your health and real world relationships, but it can also trickle down to your state of well-being and psychological order.

The most common and serious health problems faced by a blogging addict are given below. These are the result of sitting in front of the computer for more than eight hours and staring at the screen without batting an eyelid.

The initial health problems include exhaustion, irritability, headaches, aggression, loss of concentration and weak retention power.
Eye Problems: The glare and high definition of your computer screen is detrimental to the retina and iris of your eyes. The sudden changes in light absorption and constant exposure to bright light cause your eyes to get tired and can develop into serious eye disorders in the later life.
Obesity: Excessive sitting on the computer can lead to increased body fat and also disturbs your natural body clock.
Muscular Strain: The strain on your neck and vertebrae results in long term pain and inflammation of the back and neck. This might even develop into permanent disorders with bones and muscles losing their original strength and shape.

If you do not pay heed, all these problems can take you to a bedridden state in your later life and definitely affect your personal and social life. Here are some tips that you can follow for healthy blogging –
    Limit your blog entries strictly.
Ask one of your friends or family members to keep an eye on you until you are no longer an addict.
Take a break from the computer and wash your eyes periodically.
Exercise regularly for 30-45 minutes a day.
Stretch you body after every two hours of continuous sitting.
Eat at proper intervals and follow a routine of ‘Breakfast like a king in morning and dinner like a beggar’. This will keep your energies flowing during your work schedule.
Sleep well. Do not compromise on sleep for any reason.
Make sure to spend time with your friends and family.
Get yourself a pet or a good book to increase your offline time.

Blogging is fun, only when it is filled with good content that has been written by a healthy and happy blogger. Don’t let blogging take over your life, because you only live once. The need to ‘be somebody’ is prevalent in all humans but that should not let you compromise with your health and everything else that is good in your life. Your spiritual, social, emotional and personal well-being is the real ‘YOU’ in the right context and this defines you more beautifully than a blog.
