Happiness! What actually is?

There are some things in the world which are difficult to define. The people’s interpretation in such things make huge difference in everyday life. ‘Happiness’ is one of that, it means different to different people. In a clear statement its difficult to give any definition that is true and suitable for everyone.

Wikipedia says, ‘Happiness is a mental state of well-being characterized by positive emotions ranging from contentment to intense joy. A variety of biological, psychological, religious, and philosophical approaches have striven to define happiness and identify its sources.’

Happiness can be linked to wealth and material success, or emotions or loving personal relationships. But does this means wealthy peoples are HAPPY? I don’t think so, because its the human nature that our demand changes in fraction of seconds. The things we are loving today can be the things that we will hate tomorrow. Love & Relationships are another factor that are somehow linked with the happiness. Love & Relationships makes people feel good as well as let down for long time. Beside those some people think of spiritual way rather than the material world or relationships as a good mean to be happy.

Everybody wants to be happy, but most of them are not because they just want it without any effort. To be happy, the person must first need to analyze who he or she is? The only thing they need is to set goals of their life which leads to smiling face. People’s goals and actions depends on their self knowledge level. How they understand themselves? is important. If they don’t even know themselves then how they can conquer the world to steal the happiness?

Being Optimistic, Family & Friends, Loving Relationships, Good Health, Good Job, Creative skills, Peaceful Environment etc. are some factors which are directly associated with Happiness. And again we can’t confirm that without mentioned factors people can’t be happy, it depends on their own nature.

We have many important things to do but it is nearly impossible to give equal priority to all of them. Some are needed to be performed frequently or some on certain periods only. We need to find out what are the things that are most important to you like Family, Friends, Love Relationships, Charities, Stay with Nature, Travel, Take Photos, Read Newspapers/Magazines, Watch favorite TV Program, Go out for Food and other many beautiful things. And we also need to think about the things that are annoying like Some irritating & selfish person at work, Challenging health, Interruption while trying to do something, Traffic Jam, Not able to Sleep etc. If we continue thinking on those annoying things then the happiness will not be in our arms. Learning to ignore the irritating peoples and their action is really essential to be happy.

The equation of happiness depends on our style of living. Some people are just so frustrated that they miss many happy moments while worrying about the things that was already happened. Every moments of a day after it starts until the end defines you. It shows your attitude towards the life. The events that happens between start and end places great impact in happiness and satisfaction. Always make your vision clear so that your path will be easier & happier.

The world is flat to some, round to others. Mean to some, nice to others. Life is like Rose, you can use it in your own way, take fragrance lifelong or just break and throw it. Everything depends on you, what you need is just don’t be pessimistic.

Life is just beautiful… Don’t give any selfish to ruin it… Always be HAPPY … 🙂
